“Showcasing and leading CMT in UXR and gaining CMT’s interest and buy-in for UXR. For Vitality [client], taking the project from soup to nuts: Changing the recommended request for research, easily convincing client of the new approach [and gained] approval to do the research with their users, ran research in a week alone and synthesized learnings into [a] telling story, and presented to client while receiving passionate feedback and appreciation. MANAGER REVIEW

RE: Principle Product Manager Role

How did Caitlyn contribute to the success of CMT and team this year?

“Cait has been a valuable member of the Crash & Claims product team over the last year. She has brought organization, a positive can do attitude, and improved alignment to the cross functional working team. Our initiatives are complex and Cait has really helped to improve the process.

She also developed the product feature matrix which has become a best practice for CMT. It has helped to lay out the various features n th pipeline that we are either buiing intenally or co-developing with customers. This has made it easier to understand and for teams to understand the C&C product specifications, requirements, feature availability and timing…

Cait is a fast learner and her ability to get up to speed on in-flight customer initiatives with Progressive, Farmers and others has been crucial. Her work on the ET/NOLO project was instrumental in influencing and gaining sign off from Progressive and Farmers and then working with the tech teams and Data Science to deploy and implement.”

SVP of Product (Cait’s Manager)

What is Caitlyn’s top strength and how did they apply it to their work since their last review?

“Since joining CMT, Cait has brought a wealth of knowledge, experience, and agile best practices to the product and engineering teams. She is a team player and outstanding collaborator both internally with the cross functional team as well as externally with our customers.

Her experience and understanding of best practices has enabled her to jump in and quickly bring structure to the backend engineering team which led to improved prioritization and expectation setting regarding deliverables and timing.

Cait proactively works with all stakeholders to build consensus and awareness of projects and the associated work that will impact them to ensure they are aligned and supportive of the project goals. She focuses on making sure the right people and groups have a seat at the table and are well informed when it comes to decision making. There are a lot of moving pieces and competing priorities at any one time and including the right people at the right time which is critical to keep things moving and not waste time.”
